Paper piecing

For  this  card  I  used  a  stripy  background  paper  from  Little  Claire  designs  which I dry embossed  .
The  stamp is  also  from  LC designs  and  I  paper pieced  her  dress ,hat  and  bow  using  LC gingham  and  spotty  papers  and  I  used  the gingham paper  for the  die  cut  borders which  are  tonic  die cut ovals  and Sweet  Dixie  elegant  border die .  The  sentiment  stamp is  also  part of  the Sorry  stamp  set  . I used  stickles and  pan pastels  to  finish  the  card
