Thank you tulips

Another  of  LOTVs cute  designs , this one is  called Top  Hat  and  tulips  / I  fussy  cut him  and  coloured  him  with Promarkers  adding  stickles  . I  dry  embossed  the  base  card  and layered  the image  onto  gatefold  die  cut  shapes  . To  complete  I  added  a  die  cut  sentiment  ,
