I used a design from Lili of the Valley for this one for the best birthday of all , It is called Clouds. .I fussy cut it ,coloured it with Promarkers and framed it with a die cut frame from Paper Boutique . I added printed sentiments using Saf mat . I like the see through effects this gives . To complete I added glitter and a bow.
