Blue wreath

 I  dont often  use  padte  and  stencils  but  I  had  a go on this  card  . I used  a  wreath  metal  stencil  from  Sweet  Poppy  >Iused  their  white mediumwith added blue mica powder ,blue border .I  added  sparkles  to it  . To  complete  I  added  confetti  stars  and  a  organza  bow  .
