I had to buy this image as soon as I saw it as it is soo cute . It is from All dressed up and is called Tra La La . I fussy cut it and coloured it with Promarkers adding glitter glue . I layerd it onto dry embossed oval . I found some cat paper in my stash and to complete I added a die cut sentiment .
