New Baby Congrats

This  image is  from  LOTV  and is one of  my  favourite  baby  digis  , It is  called  Clouds  . After  colouring it  with  Promarkers  I  die  cut it  with  a  scalloped  circle  die  layered it onto  mirricard  and  then onto  a  doily  die  cut  from  Paper  Boutique  , The  sentiment is  computer  generated.
