Tulip Time

For  this  card  I used  a  digi  from  Dis  digis  called  Drip  Drop  Izzy  . I coloured it  with  promarkers  adding  glitter  and  glossy  accents  . I used  Tonic oval  dies  to  layer it  . The  background paper is  from my  stash  and  I  used  ribbon  from  Crafty  ribbons , adding  a  tulip  die  cut  and bow  .
