The  stamps  that  I used on  this  card  come from Hunkydory  Cute Meadow  Mice  , I  coloured  them  with Promarkers  and  fussy  cut  them , I used  a die  cut from  Hunkydory  Arched  windows dies to layer them on  , I used  backing paper  from Nitwit  . To  complete  I  stamped  a  sentiment  and  added  a sticker  sentiment  .

  have been  watching  videos  on  Lavinia  stamps  which  inspired me to make  this  card as it is  all new  to  me  creating  backgrounds  etc    . The idea  for  this  extra long  card  came  to me  whilst lying in  bed (don't  all  the  best ideas  ?) . It  was  a mammoth  task in  the end  but  I  really  enjoyed  the  die  cutting  and  matching  the colours  . I  am  still  not  sure of  who  to  give it  to  and  may  just  keep it  to  adorn our mantelpiece . I  began  by  cutting  three  12 inch  strips of  card  with  depth of  3 inches  . I  designed  a background of  flowers on  each  section  using  flowers  and  colours  from  Craft  Artist   . I  die  cut  Happy  Easter  to  add  to  each  section  . I die   cut  5 eggs ,covered  three  with  glitter  film and  two  were  dry  embossed  with  a  texture  folder  looking like  chocolate  on  an  egg  . I  added  bows  to  each of these  colouring  them  with  Promarkers  . The  rabbits  were  cut  with  a  sizzix thinlits die  that  I have had  for years . I  found  the  chickens  as a freebie on line  , I  added  die  cut  flowers  to  each  egg coordinating  the  colours using PMs   and  finishing  with  liquid pearls  and  stickles  /

 I  was able  to  get  an  addition  to my  Stamping  Bella  collection  last  week  . This  set is  called Tiny  townie  mermaid  set  . I  particularly liked the bubble  stamp  which  I  stamped on  to acetate  used  glossy  accents and  glitter  to  emphasize it .  

I  began  by  designing  papers  from  craft  artist  for  the  front  and inside  , I  fussy  cut  the  mermaid  ,treasure  box  and  seaweed stamps  . I  coloured  them  with Promarkers  and added  glitter  . I  die  cut  a circle in  the front of  the  base  card and  added  acetate  to  it  . I  stamped the bubbles onto this adding glossy accents and glitter  . The  fun  came  with the  decorating  and I  added  die  cut  shells and  crab. I  added    metal  anchor , die  cut  seaweed and  confetti   fishes ,fishing net  etc  and  I  found many  forgotten  items in my  stash  . I  completed  the  card  by  adding  mirri  die  cut  edges and  a die  cut  sentiment  .

 I am  glad  that  I  decided to  enter  this  soft  finishes  challenge  as it  enabled  me  to  come  across  items in my  stash  that I  had  forgotten  about  .

I  began it  by covering the base card  with a piece of  daisy  organza, I  cut  a  circle out  of  the front  and  added a circleof  lace  daisies  around  the  edge  , The image I used  is one of  the new collection  from  LOTV  and is  called  'James  Bouquet '. I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding  glitter  and  liquid pearls.I  layered it onto  die  cut  circles.  

To  complete  I  added  ribbon  and bow  and  soft  material/foam  butterflies  . I  shall  certainly use  organza on  the front of  a  card  again  and  I also  have  a  die  cut  circle out of  this  card  to use on  a future one .

 For  this  card  I used  Chocolate  Baroques  stamp  Freedom  flower  together  with its background  . I began by  dry  embossing  black  card  with  a tile  patterned  folder I  added  gold  gilding  wax  to  this .  I  stamped  the  background  pattern of  the  stamp  several  times  and  added gold  embossing  powder  I  did  this  with the rose  and  fussy  cut it  twice  adding  foam  pads in between  .

This  card uses  a  new technique  for me  which  I  discovered on  UTube   It  entails  stamping onto  a  laminating  pouch  colouring it  when  dry  and  then laminating  the pouch . I  would use  more colour next  time  but  I  was pleased  with the  result  , I  then  die  cut  a circle out of  the  base  card  and  added sticker  lines  and  a  sentiment . I  coloured  the stamp   which is  from  Sheena  Douglass.with  Promarkers .

It is  advisable  to  begin  the laminating by  adding  a small  strip of  card inside  the  top  to  thicken the  lamination  . I left  the  ink on  the  stamp  and  the  colour  for  24  hours  each  before laminating  .
