I used  a  design  from  LOTV  for  this  card  . It is  from  their  latest  Christmas  collection  and is  called Snowfolk  2  .  I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added  stickles  Pinlair  snow it  and  Nuvo  drops  .  The  background paper  and  tag  are  also  from  LIli  of  the  Valley  .  I  completed  the  card  with  a  bow and  glossy  accents on  the  tag  ,

 The image on  this card is  from Sunshine  crafts  and is  called  Daisy Mermaid  . I had  this  sparkly  paper in my  stash  which  reminded me of  a  mermaid's  tail  so  I  paper pieced  it onto  her  .  I  am  not  sure  what  this  shape of  card is  called  . I  found instructions in  a book  and  it is  literally  two  pieces of  card  with  die  cut  edges  that  slot into  each other  . I  provides an  interesting  canvas  and  folds  flat  to post  .  I used paper  from  Joanna  Sheen's  Jane  Shasky  cd  which  gave  a light  flower  background  , I layered  these onto  mirri  card  , Recently  I bought  these  self  adhesive flowers  which  are  useful as  embellishments  and  I  just had to  add them  to  each part  . My  apologies for  so  many  photos  but  each  one  gives  an ides  of  the  shape  of  the  card  which  was  fun  to  create .

Recently  I have  dug out  some of  my old  craft  cds  as  I had  forgotten  what  was on  them  . This  cute  mouse  comes  from  the  Seraphina  collection  which  contains  some  great  designs . I prepared  the  background papers  to  give  some  texture  by  dry  embossing them  ,the black  with  blocks and  the orange  with  a  Crafters  Companion  bunting  folder  which  I  coloured  with  P'ms and  added stickles  .

 I  decided  to  carry on making  these  shaped  cards  for  next  Christmas  as  I have  some  lights  left ,
