Look who's one !

I used  an octagonal  die  to  cut  this  base  card . I layered  patterned  paper  mirri  card and  a  baby  patterned paper  . The image is  a stamp  from LOTV  which  I  fussy  cut  ,colouredit  with  Promarkers  and  added  stickles. To  complete  I  added  a  computer  generated  tag ,bow  and  sticker sentiment .
