Monster Birthday

I used  a  digi  from Whimsy  which is  called Rory  which  I  was lucky  enough  to  win last year  /I  fussy  cut him , coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added lots of glitter  . I  covered  the background  paper  with  glitter  film  to  give  a glittery  effect.. To  complete  I  added  a die  cut  sentiment  .
