Monster Party Invitation

For  this  card  I used  Bugaboo's Monster  snapshot  birthday  . I made  a larger  border  to it  using  parts of  the image .  I layered  this onto  shiny  blue  card after  colouring  the  design  with  Promarkers  and  adding  glitter .
I  made the  Ombre  background  using Tim  Holtz  distress  crayons .
