A new winter coat

This  little  girl  looks  so proud of her new  coat  which is  why  I  named  the card  this  .
I used  a  digi  from  Whoopsi  Daisy . .It is  from their  CD Daisy  May  and friends .I used  a  Paper  boutique  die  cut  and  sentiment to  layer  the  digi  after  I  fussy  cut it  . I  added  buttons,Aleene's  glitter  snow  and  liquid  pearls  for  snow. Stickles  gives the card its sparkle  .
