Winnie Let it snow

The digi  I used on  this  card  comes  from  Polkadoodles  Winnie  Christmas  . I  fussy  cut her coloured her  with  Promarkers  and  added snow  it  and stickles to  her clothes . The  background is snowflake  acetate  layered onto  glossy  turquoise  card . To  complete  I  added  turquoise  organza ribbon  and bow a  LOTV  tag  and  a  turquoise embellishment  from my  stash  .
