I used  a  design  from  Dis  digis  for  this  card .After  colouring  with  Promarkers I used  background papers  from Nitwit and  added  a  wash of CC  Sparkle  inks  .  I  added  glossy  accents  to  the balloons  and  completed  the  card  with  Sentiment stickers .
