 I used  a  digi  from  LOTV on  this  card .It is  called  'Two's  company  '. I  fussy  cut it  and paper  pieced  her  dress  and  the balloon . I  coloured  the  image  with  Promarrkers  and  added  stickles  and  glossy  accents  on  the balloon. The  background  is  from  LOTVs  paper pads  and  I  completed  it  with  a  die  cut  sentiment  .
