For  this  card  I used  an LOTV design  called   Party  Parade .I  fussy  cut it,  coloured it  with Promarkers , added  glossy  accents  and  stickles  . The  backing papers  are  from Nitwit  and  I  completed  the  card  with  a  present  embellishment  and a  sticker  sentiment  .
