I used a digi from Polka doodles for this card .It comes from The Winnie Christmas collection . I layered it onto a paper also from the collection . I coloured her with Promarkers adding glitter and snow crystals . I also used Nuvo drops , confetti and die cut snowflakes . I completed with a LOTV tag and ribbon bow .
