Purrfect Birthday

 I have  made  this  card  for my  brother in law  who  loves  cats  so  there is usually  some  cat  theme on his  cards  . The  stamp is  from  Mama  Elephant  and is  called  the  Cats  Meow. I  fussy  cut it  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  layered it onto  mirri  card  and  paw  print  card  from my  stash .
