Cute Halloween

 For  this  card  I used  one of  the very  new  designs  from  LOTV  which is  called  Mystical  moon  . I  fussy  cut it  coloured it  with  PMs  adding  glitter  and  stickles  . I made the  background using  

LOTV  clouds papers  to  which I  added  a  tree,  and  some lights  also  from  LOTV  .
