Earlie's balloon

 I used  another of  Polkadoodles  Fuzzypuffs this one is   Earlie  Balloon  . I  coloured it  fussy  cut it  and  added  to  a  gingham die  cut  circle  , I  added  glitter  and  glossy  accents  to  the balloon. The  bckground  papers  are  from  LC  Designs  .
