This  design is  from  Dis  digis  and is  called  Windsurfer  Bear  . I  fussy  cut the  design  and  coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding  glossy  accents and  glitter.  I  designed the  background  adding  die  cut  sun,cloud  and  sentiment '
