I  made  this  card using  A cake  and  some  extra  candles  from  Scribbles which  I  fussy  cut  coloured  and  added glossy  accents ,glitter,   Tonic  glitter  drops and   adding  extra  sprinkles to  complete   . The penguin is from  Bugaboo which  I  also  fussy  cut  and coloured   ,the backing paper  from my  stash  ,
