Splash

This  little  cutie on  the beach is  from  Bugaboo  stamps  and is  called  beach hibi  , I  coloured it  with  PMs  fussy  cut it  and  added it to  a  background  of  sea and  sand  , I  added  a  border  from  Paper  boutique  die  cut in  Gold  and  layered  that onto  blue  and  yellow  ,and  the  background pa[er is  a  freebie  . The  splash  die  cut  and  sentiment  are  also  freebies from  a magazine  .
