I used  a Happy  Birthday  embossing folder  on  kraft card  for the background  to  this  card . The  base card is a fluorescent orange  card  from   The  Range                The  sneaker is  a  K  Hadfield  Digi . I  coloured  this  with  PMs and  added  stickles glitter  . Wooden  letters  and numbers  complete the card  .
