I  designed  the  background  for  this  card  first  ,The  foreground  consists of  digi  items  , I  covered  the  glasses  and  bottle  with  Glossy  accents  to  give  the impression of  glass .  To  complete  I  added  stickles  for  bubbles  and  confetti  streamers  .
