I made  this  card  for  a  friend  who likes  to  collect  green  Wedgwood  so  the  base of  the  card had  to be  green  . I used  a  die  for  shop  fronts  from Tonic  and  formed  the  shop  .  The panels  and  open  sign  are extra dies .I used  a mixture of  paper  and  card  and  dies  for  the base  and  added  images . The  paper on  the  side is to  wrap  the  goods in  ! This  card folds  flat  to  go in  an  envelope  . I have used  this  design  to  make  several  kinds of  shops  and bars  . They  are  fun  to  make  and  good  for  the imagination  as  well  as  being personal .

This  lovely  vase of  sweet peas (my  favourite  flowers)  is  from  LOTV  , I used  a  background  from  their  papers  for  the background  . I fussy  cut  the  design  and coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding  glitter .  The  ribbons  that I have used come from  a  collection  formed  from  my  friends clothes  .They  know  I  can use  scraps of  ribbon on my  cards  so  they  keep  them  for me  when  they  are  throwing  away  blouses  etc  and  give me  the  ribbons  from  them. A great  way of  recycling  !

 I used  Lavinia products  for all of  this  card .

The  background was made  with  mica  sprays  and  stencils   . The  stamps  I  used  are  Fairy  washing line  ,large  hare  ,oak  tree,  small  branch ,meadow  grass  and decorative  swirl  . I  dry  embossed  the  sentiment  with  Wow  embossing powder .

For  the  main  baby  I  printed it in  grey  and  coloured it with  Promarkers.  I used  a  LOTV  stamp  tag  for  the  sentiment in  this  card  . I use it  a lot  as  it  can  be  personalised  at  a  later  day  . I  stamped  this  one in  Versamark  and  added  white  embossing  powder   .  My  favourite  stamp  at  the moment  is  a  floral  bouquet  from  a  Craft  magazine  . The  mason  jar  template was  also  part of  the magazine so  I  stamped it onto  acetate  and  die  cut it . I added colour  behind it .  I  fussy  cut  the  stamp , coloured it  with   Promarkers  and  added  stickles  and liquid  pearls for sparkle. The  background papers  are  from  Lavinia  and  I  added peel offs  to  complete  the  card .

I am  this  weeks  guest  designer  for  CRAFT Challenge  blog  and  the  subject is 'Anything  goes' .

 I am  really  enjoying  using  Lavinia  stamps  at  the moment  so  my  favourite has  to  be  this one    . I used  a  variety of  dandelion  stamps  including  tiny  dandelion  seeds , I  wanted  the  whole  card in  blue  so used  Versafine  Claire  ink in   shades of  blue  . The  fairy is  called 'Make  a  wish'  I also  used  Mystical  swirl and twisted  vine  stamps . The  background  was made  with  Brusho  and  water  . I  added glitter  to  the  wings  and  completed  the  card  with  a  die  cut  border of  Mirri  card  .

 The items  stamped on  this  card  are  all  from  Lavinia  Stamps  , I  used  a  pebble  stencil  with  distress  inks  for  the background. On  the   circular  design   ,using  a  gel plate  I used  inks  and  Brusho  to  produce  the  background  .Various  stamps  produced  the  main  design  and  I  added liquid  pearls  and  glitter to complete thhe card .
