This  digi is from  Bugaboo  and is  called  bc  fence  . I  fussy  cut it  and  layered it onto a  reward poster  . I used  a  stamp  pad  and  gilding  wax  to  edge the  card  and  poster  . To  complete  I  added  a sheriff badge  which  says  Happy  Birthday  .
