This  stamp is  from  LOTV  and is  called  'Make  a wish'.I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added  stickles  glitter, The  die  cut is  from  paper  boutique  and  I  cut  it  with  Hobbyhouse  striped  paper.
To  complete  I  added  gingham  ribbon  and  bow  and  card  candi , The  sentiment is  from  tPaper  Boutique  as  well.
