I  cut  this  base  card  using  Tonic twisted   Verandah  die  ,  The  stamp is from  Penny  Blacks  Garden  friends  and  when I had  stamped it  she  looked  so  like  a bride  with  all her  flowers   I just had to  add  the  sentiment  .
I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  liquid  pearls  and  added  a peel off  circle  .
