Shades of Blue

I began this card by using a background paper by Hunkydory. I stamped snowflakes using versamark and embossing powder . I made the large snowflake laminating several die cuts together. I used a snowflake border on the edge of the card . To complete I added dewdrops , coloured confetti and a stamped image .
