For  this  card  I used  a  die  for  the basic   card  shape  . The  inside of  the  die  provided   the  main  part . I used  another  die  cut  for  the  tag  and  decorated  it  with  embellishments of  ribbon  and  heart . To  complete  I  added  glitter  and  glossy  accents  .
