 Another  card  where  I  cut  a  circle in  the basee  card  to  see  througgh  to  the image  .

The image is  from  LOTV  which  as  usual  I  fussy  cut  and  coloured  with  Promarkers  , I used paper  from  LOTV  and  a   printed  seentiment  .
