Winnie snowstorm

Yet  another card made with  my  new Polkadoodles collection . The  awful  weather  we have been  having has given me time  to  play  with the  digis  .
This one  is  from  Winnie shopping . I  fussy cut her coloured with  Promarkers  added  glossy  accents and  stickles .
To  complete the  card  I  added confetti  snowflakes  ,Aleene's  glitter  snow ,tags using LOTV  stamps  and  red bow  .
