This   cute little  fellow is  from  Polkadoodles  and  is  from  Winnies  Christmas  collection
I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  after  fussy  cutting and  added  stickles  . Background paper from my  stash , a die  cut  circle , a tag  from  LOTV,  bow  and , confetti  snow  flakes  complete  the  card.
