This cute bear is  a  digi  from  'All  dressed up  ' and is called  a  star is  born  . I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding  confetti  stars  and  stickles  .  The  background  paper  is  from  my  stash  and  to  complete  I  added organza  ribbon  ,bow and star  beads  .
