Rain rain

For  this  card I used  Stamping  Bella  Tiny  Townie  Rachel  Loves  rain  . I  fussy  cut  it  after  colouring  with  Promarkers  and  used backing paper  from  my  stash  covering  the  raindrops  with  Glossy  accents  . The  background  paper  was  dry embossed  and  glossy  accents  added  .
The  sentiment is  computer  designed  and  printed using  safmat  .
