 This  is another  of LOTVs  latest  Easter  digis .I  just  couldnt  resist  this one  . I  designed  a  background and   layered it onto  a LOTV paper from  the baby  range  .  I  fussy  cut  the digi coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added  glitter  glossy  accents  and  stickles.To  complete  I  added  a  die cut  sentiment
