Imade thi slittle  card  for  a  friend  who  has  just  had  some  bad luck  .  I  die  cut  the  base  card  adding  die  cut  border  . I  stamped   the  design  with  a  stamp from  LOTV  . I  coloured  this  with  Promarkers  adding  glossy  Accents  ,
