Welcome Baby

 I love making  baby  cards  and  I have used  this  design  by  All  Dressed up  and  is  called  A  star is  born as they are sponsoring this weeks challenge  . I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding  glitter , I  dry  embossed  paper  with a  folder of   Rattles ,colouring  them  and  adding  glossy  accents and glitter  ,I layered the image  onto  a pink  diecut  circle . To  complete  I  added a  die  cut  sentiment  and  ink  splats .]
