I used a design from All Dressed up for this card which is called 'Feed the birds '
I cut her on a die cut from Tattered Lace ,coloured her with Promarkers adding glitter , I paper pieced her hat using spotty paper from LOTV . The background papers are also from LOTV. To complete I added a die cut sentiment ,
