 I  began  this  card  with  striped  and  spotty  paper  from  my  stash  covering  the  dots  with  glossy  accents.  The  design is  from  LOTV  and ideal  for  Valentine's  day  . I  fussy  cut it  coloured  it  with  promarkers  and  completed it  with  a  die  cut  sentiment  ,
