Blue decoupage Baubles

I  rediscovered  some  baubles on  a  cd I had forgotten  about  so  decided  to  do  some  decoupage  for  a change  .  The  background  came  from  the  same place .  When  I had  fussy  cut  the  top  baubles  I  added  glossy  accents  and glitter I  dry  embossed  the base  card  with  a  snowflake  folder  and  added  ribbons  to  complete the  card .
