Happy Anniversary

I like  to use  this  digi  from  Pink  Gem  designs  which is   called  'Josh  with  Rose . I  coloured  this  with  promarkers  and  added  glossy  accents to his  boots  and  cap.
I  fussy  cut  him  and  attached him  to  a  dry  embossed die cut  heart  . I used  a  bright  pink  base  card  which  was  also  dry  embossed  and  gold  stickles  added  to  the  flowers  .
I used  a  large  table  confetti  as  a  stopper   and  added  stickers ,flowers  and  a  sentiment  .
