Blue Moon

For  the  background  to  this card  I  designed it  using  a  digikit  in blue   >  i made  2  copies of  the  man  in  the  moon  so  decoupaged  him  and  added  glossy  accents  , I used  Rainbow  mirri  card  and  a  craft  creations  paper  for  the background  ,
The  embellishments  that  I  used  are  star  sequins,  googly  eye  and  blue pom pom on  hat  .
