Village Lights

For  this  card  I  stamped  LC  designs  Wavy  Christmas  Village Scene  .I  coloured  this  with Promarkers  added  stickles  and Aleenes glitter  snow  , Iadded lights  using  stickles in  different  colours  and  I  added  the  snowflakes  with  Liquid  pearls  .
I layered  this onto  a blue paper  from  my  stash  embossed  with a Sue  Wilson  snowflake  lattice  embossing  folder  . This  was layered onto  a  base  card of  silver  mirri .
