Raining cats and dogs

 When  I  was  thinking  about  this  card  someone  used  this  expression  so  I  decideed  to make  a  card of  it  . I  fussy  cut tiny  images of  dogs  and  cats  to  add  to  the  raindrop  paper  . I used  a  droplet  embossing   folder for  the  background  .
