 I began  this   card  using  a die  cut  circle  base  card .  I embossed  the next  pink  layer  using  a  baby  folder  . The  image is  from  LOTV which  I  coloured  with  promarkers  .I  added  die  cut  baby images  and  a printed  tag  .
