birthday wreath

 The  wreath on  this  card is  a  design  from  LOTV  which  I  fussy  cut  and  added onto  a  card  with  a  die  cut  circle  taken out of  the yellow   base  card .  I  coloured it  with  PMs  and  layered it onto a die  cut  circle  border .  To  complete I  added  glitter,  glossy  acceents  and  a  die  cut  sentiment .
