 The image on  this  card is  from LOTV  and is  called  Cheers
I  fussy  cut it  coloured  with  PMs  and  added  glitter  The  snow is embossed  with  a  snowflake  folder  and  the  background is  from LOTV's Icy  snowflakes  range  ,
